i didnt touch the assignement last week. so many things the enemy attacked us with...too many excuses. not sure why i can't place it as a priority in my life even when things are crazy. i instead turned back to food. it takes so little effort to do that. i'm sure i'll get to the bottom of it with the support and encouragement of this group.
